Welcome to ReadWithBookBound (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are parents, caregivers, or educators.

Children may access content only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

2. Description of Services

ReadWithBookBound provides:

• Guided shared reading support
• Discussion prompts
• Literacy-based activities and crafts
• Educational resources for caregivers

The App is designed for educational and informational purposes only and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional educational advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription.

3.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription options may include monthly or annual plans. Pricing and plan details are displayed within the App before purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing through your app store account.

3.3 Billing Through Apple

If you subscribe through the

• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account.
• You must manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly.
• Apple’s billing terms apply.

3.4 Billing Through Google Play

If you subscribe through the

• Subscriptions are billed to your Google account.
• You must manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests must be submitted to Google directly.
• Google’s billing policies apply.

3.5 Free Trials (If Offered)

• You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• The subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before trial expiration.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated through the App and applied in accordance with Apple or Google policies.

3.7 No Partial Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or platform policy, we do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including:

• Text
• Activities
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Design elements

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the App
• Reverse engineer the App
• Share your account access

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or specific educational outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. App Store Compliance

• These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple or Google.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App’s content or maintenance.
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

11. Termination

• You violate these Terms
• Fraud or misuse is detected

You may discontinue use at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
